Amazing Amazons In 2002, Jadea began the tradition of the Amazing Amazon of the Month. This award is handed out to Amazons who go above and beyond the usual normal duties and requirements of the tribe. In some cases, the award was handed out to exceptional women struggling through real life issues. In others, it was given to Amazons who were the most active in the tribe or who made it the most fun. In 2003, Jadea created the Amazing Amazon of the Year award. This rewards one exceptional Amazon who went above and beyond all year long. These are included in the year they were awarded.
