	Medea Tasida Lyna (Former Regent) Sister to Celosia Protected by the Black Panther Medea stands at 5'7 with golden hair that's cropped at her chin. Her eyes are emerald green with gold flecks here and there. She's toned and muscular, but doesn't look like she's been taking steroids.;) She usually wears black leather pants, a tight black, midriff-baring tank top and black boots that come up to the knee. She also wears black wrist supports and gauntlets. If those are too muddy or blood-stained she'll settle for a dark brown skirt, boots, and top. If you're enjoying life don't bother asking her to put on a dress. Her favorite pastimes are fighting, practicing combat skills, and beating on things--with the occasional addition of annoying her sister and taking witchcraft lessons from Tern. Her totem animal is the black panther. Quite the aggressive protector, which is good...because Medea usually needs a lot of protecting. She enjoys spending evenings chatting with her totem and acquires its traits quite often. If she's acting overly secretive, extremely aggressive, or growling chances are she's melding pieces of her spirit with the panther's. Medea has always been an Amazon and was the daughter of the former Queen (now dead). Her mother and her never saw eye to eye and when the Queen was on her deathbed she called for Celosia (Medea's older sister) and not Medea. Celosia was made Queen and Medea disappeared from the village for three weeks. When she returned she had a lovely new accessory. The mark of Velasca---a crescent moon with a crimson dragon wrapped around it on her left shoulder. Nobody asked why she had been with the Goddess of Chaos because they honestly didn't want to know and they were pretty sure she would have growled at them and changed the subject. Medea doesn't have too many enemies, although most people see her as an out-of-control, insensitive youth. She loves anything with a blade on it and carries no less than six daggers with her everywhere she goes. She's also rarely seen without her gleaming silver sword. Some think she's a little too quick tempered to carry a sword, but no one's going to try and take it from her. Medea is arrogant, sarcastic, angry, and hot-tempered. She takes great pride in every kill she makes on the battlefield and gets an amazing rush at the mere mention of a fight. War runs through her veins and some people have a hard time accepting that. She whole-heartedly expects to die young and on the battlefield. (She's only sixteen summers old now.) All in all she's not someone to go to if you need sympathy; but if you're looking for someone to protect you, no one quite compares. Tae'Nah athelfi arche: 19 September 1999
